Riders from the group used their horses and horsemanship to safely corral and contain Annie, helping bring the days-long search to a successful end. Vehicle Goes Off I-74 Overpass, Lands on Railroad Tracks Near Raceway Road

  Brownsburg, IN — Emergency crews responded to a serious crash Thursday afternoon after a vehicle went off the I-74 westbound overpass near Raceway Road and landed on the railroad tracks below. The crash occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. Firefighters from the Brownsburg, Avon, and Speedway Fire Departments responded to the scene along with the Indiana State Police. Due to the vehicle's location on the railroad tracks, CSX temporarily halted train traffic while first responders conducted rescue operations and crews worked to safely recover the vehicle. During the evening commute, traffic on I-74 westbound backed up to I-465 as the interstate was reduced to one lane while emergency personnel remained on scene. A Hendricks County jury found Miller guilty of Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Aggravated Battery following the violent assault. According to prosecutors, Clouser was a medically vulnerable inmate who relied on assistance from others because of significant health issues. Evidence presented during the trial showed that Miller entered Clouser's cell before violently attacking him. Prosecutors said Miller then stole commissary items and other personal property belonging to Clouser before leaving the cell. Clouser was later found with severe injuries and ultimately died. Main St. Police were dispatched to the area at approximately 3:12 p.m. after a caller reported that someone fired a single shot at them. The caller was not struck by the gunfire , and no injuries have been reported. The suspect was described as being in their 60s or 70s , wearing an orange shirt , and armed with what was described as a small revolver . The suspect was initially reported to have fled the area in a gray Tesla sedan , traveling westbound toward Perry Crossing . The Plainfield Police Department later confirmed that the suspect was located and detained without further incident . The department declined to comment on any potential charges at this time. At approximately 12:27 a.m. on July 1, a 911 caller reported that the driver of a silver Dodge Charger pointed a firearm at them during the incident near Stafford Road and State Road 267 in Plainfield. At approximately 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, the Danville Police Department responded to a report of a possible home invasion in progress on Bedford Drive. Based on the initial information received, officers responded with urgency and residents reported seeing the entire Penrose neighborhood temporarily blocked off as police searched for possible suspects. According to neighbors, officers remained in the area for roughly two hours and used department drones while searching the neighborhood. Following the response, investigators reviewed neighborhood doorbell camera footage to determine what had occurred.
