Working Apartment Fire at Covington Square Apartments

 INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — I am on scene at the Covington Square Apartments near Rockville Road and High School Road for a working apartment fire late Monday night.

Initial crews arrived to find active fire conditions inside the complex. Several Avon Fire Department units were dispatched to assist with suppression efforts.

Firefighters are working to contain the blaze and limit further spread within the building. No information has been released yet regarding injuries or the extent of the damage.
