Reports of Carjacking Near Country Club Rd. Shell Station
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Late Sunday night, around 10:30 p.m., reports surfaced of a violent carjacking near the Shell gas station at the corner of US-36 and Country Club Road, along the Marion and Hendricks County line.
According to early information, a man was allegedly pistol-whipped during the incident before the suspects fled westbound on US-36 in a black 2007 Chevrolet 2500 pickup truck that was taken from the victim.
One suspect was described as a Black male, approximately 5’5” tall with black hair.
Police units were observed on scene at the Shell station as the situation unfolded. At this time, no official updates have been released regarding the victim’s condition or whether any arrests have been made.
