Another Semi Strikes CSX Rail Bridge on Bridgeport Rd

INDIANAPOLIS — Around 8:00 p.m., another semi-truck struck the CSX rail bridge on Bridgeport Road. According to witnesses, the truck appeared to sustain only minor damage and was able to leave the scene under its own power.

This bridge has been the site of multiple similar incidents in recent months, as over-height trucks continue to misjudge the bridge clearance. The repeated strikes have prompted frustration among nearby residents and commuters who travel the area regularly.
