FedEx Containers Blown Onto Perimeter Rd & I-70 Near Indianapolis Airport

 Indianapolis, IN — Around 5:00 PM, FedEx containers were blown over the fence at Indianapolis International Airport and ended up on Perimeter Rd and I-70 during strong storms in the area.

Most of the containers appeared to be off to the side of the road, but still created a hazardous situation for drivers in the area. It is unclear how many containers were involved.

This remains one of the confirmed impacts from the storms near the airport.
